Pinnacle is a brand new 10,000 sq ft integrated performance and wellness club opening Fall 2026 in Lubbock, TX. It combines elite fitness, physical therapy, hormone optimization, and recovery services under one roof, operated by one coordinated team.

What am I actually paying today?

Your first month's membership rate - $125, $175, or $400 depending on your tier. That charge holds your spot and locks your rate permanently. Monthly billing resumes from opening day forward.

Is there a signup fee?

Not for pre-sale members. Zero. After opening, new members pay a signup fee on top of the monthly rate. Enrolling now eliminates that cost permanently.

Are there quarterly or equipment maintenance fees?

No. Pre-sale members are not charged quarterly fees or equipment maintenance fees. Those apply only to members who join after opening.

Is it month-to-month?

Yes. No annual contract required. You get the flexibility of month-to-month with the security of a constant rate for as long as you are a member.

What happens to my rate after you open?

Nothing - for you. Your pre-sale rate stays exactly where it is for as long as you remain a member. New members after opening pay up to $175/mo for Access and up to $225/mo for Performance+, plus a signup fee.

Is my reservation refundable?

Your initial payment is non-refundable - it's what secures your pre-sale pricing and holds your spot. If you need to cancel before we open, your spot can be transferred to someone else. Once we open, memberships can be cancelled anytime with 30 days written notice.

Do I need a membership to use PT or medical services?

No. Medical, physical therapy, and aesthetic services are available to everyone - no membership required. A pre-sale membership locks your rate and your integrated access.

Do you accept insurance?

Pinnacle is cash-based, which removes insurance delays, referrals, and visit limits. Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement and HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

When and where do you open?
